To ensure your embroidered pieces maintain their quality, we recommend following these care guidelines.

Washing
• Wash inside out to protect the embroidery
• Use cold or warm water (max 30°C)
• Choose a gentle cycle
• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents -
Drying
• Air dry whenever possible
• If using a dryer, select a low heat setting
• Do not over-dry -
Ironing
• Do not iron directly on the embroidery
• Turn the garment inside out or place a cloth over the design before ironing
• Use low to medium heat -
First Wash
For the first wash, wash the garment inside out with similar colours.
This helps protect the embroidery and preserve the finish. -
Delicate Handling
• Avoid excessive friction on the embroidered area
• Do not pull loose threads
• Store in a clean, dry place -
